PCLI Application
How to Apply
Applications are now being accepted for the Poway Community Leadership Institute (PCLI). Deadline to apply is September 15. Applications are available by contacting the PCLI Chairman and Director Gary Rossi at twoaichs@pacbell.net. For further information call 858.538.7988. Tuition is $400 for the eight sessions. Applications submitted by the end of August will be $250—a $150 savings. A deposit of $100 is due with the application. Classes begin in mid-October.
