The Poway Chamber of Commerce certifies Certificates of Origins ONLY for goods made in the United States. (We do not create documents.)
Certificates of Origin must be filled out completely before being presented to the Poway Chamber of Commerce.
You are responsible for understanding the specific documentation requirements for the destination country of your shipment, as these rules may vary. A standard certificate of origin form as well as other standard export documents can be found on export.gov
The product information listed must match verbatim what is on the invoice. Do not leave off numbers, quantities or descriptions.
The Poway Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse any document they feel does not meet the stated guidelines.
Pricing is as follows:
Members – $100
Non-members – $200
Please pay at the time of service: cash, check, or credit card will be accepted.
To get your Certificate of Origin stamped, please call the Chamber Staff at 858-748-0016 to ensure the office is open. To process remotely, please email firstname.lastname@example.org during business hours.
