Meet the Staff
Mike serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors, and manages the Staff and the operations of the office, with the mission of providing the most value possible to our members and the business community. Mike grew up in Palo Alto, CA until he headed South to attend San Diego State University. After falling in love with San Diego and graduating SDSU, Mike grew roots in SD. Mike and his wife Lisa of over 29 years have been residents of Poway since March of 1997, and have two children, David (25) and Lauren (23). Mike also has two dogs; Maggie (a 16 year old, 13 lb. mutt) and his COVID rescue Buddy (a 3 year old Australian Cattle dog/German Shepherd mix).
Aimee manages member services and chamber operations, including outreach to prospective members, helping new members to get established, training members on available tools, and keeping members informed and connected to their member benefits. In addition to also supporting several member-run committees, she provides assistance with marketing and general office administration as needed. Aimee is a long-time resident of Poway and brings with her years of experience in sales in marketing across multiple industries, and the desire to serve others in a way that will contribute to their success. You might find Aimee on an early morning run, spending time with her husband and four kids, or in search of the perfect chocolate chip cookie.
Jessica manages the Chamber's communications, marketing, and social media efforts, maintains the Poway.com website and events calendar, and supports administrative and member services as needed. Jessica is an east coast transplant who has been enjoying the beautiful west coast terrain with her husband and two sons since moving from Virginia in 2019. When not working, Jessica can be found enjoying movies, concerts, exploring art & nature, hiking with her family, or practicing her hobby of hand-lettering/modern calligraphy.
Faire provides assistance with marketing, communications, event planning, member outreach and general office administration. She is a recent college graduate of Northern Arizona University and is excited to be living back in Poway, where she was born and raised. In her free time you'll find her doing any activity that involves being active and outside, as well as coaching lacrosse at Rancho Bernardo High School. Faire loves photography and videography, traveling, exploring nature, sailing, the beach, and playing with her two dogs Topher (a catahoula leopard coonhound mix) and Rooney (a sporting dog mix).
