Resources, support, and services for individuals living with dementia, and their caregivers. This category includes memory care day programs, adult day care, professional care navigation, specialized activities, and educational workshops to enhance quality of life and promote cognitive engagement. It also connects families with community resources, respite care options, and support groups to navigate the challenges of dementia with guidance and compassion.
